Please note that the club caters for runners of all abilities. There are sessions for slower runners on Tuesdays and Thursdays as well as for faster groups.
Please be sure to tell organisers (Colin or Mike) what your abilities are and you will be placed in a suitable group.
These sessions are not organised or run by the club they are simply suggestions kindly put forward by club members.
First three Saturdays: 10 mins warm up with 10x30 seconds accelerator hard running, 30 seconds recovery, 10 mins cool down.
Saturdays 4 to 6: 10 mins warm up with 10x40 seconds accelerator hard running, 30 seconds recovery, 10 mins cool down.
Saturdays 7 to 10: 10 mins warm up with 10x50 seconds accelerator hard running, 30 seconds recovery, 10 mins cool down.
Be sure to do recovery runs in the week and keep up the long runs!
